For the party, we all agreed to do gag gifts 100%. Poor Papa stocked up on hairy hats, muscle shirts, toilet lights, magnifying glasses, a tiara... need I continue? After 75 birthdays, we just had to spice it up.
The food was absolutely delicious and the leftovers satisfied us for days to come.
Must. Return. For. That. Bruschetta.
Awkward random photo taking by my daddy. Chowing down on some nachos.
Gorgeous women. Inside and out.
The cake that almost was almost destroyed. Our poor waitress slid that thing right on the table, barely missing the floor. About gave me a heart attack (and I was the youngest one there).
Gag gifts. Gotta love Papa with his
All Papa's grandkids. One entrepreneur, two brides-to-be (at the time), and me.
Becky and Ralph (Camille's in-laws-to-be) joined us for dinner. It is always fun to have them around.
Krysti adorned Papa with a necklace and tiara. Papa was such a good sport to wear them for us. Sad thing is: tiaras only stay in if you have hair. Oops.
The bride and groom only 3 weeks before they will tie the knot.
Even getting Uncle Bob to smile in a picture is like pulling teeth. This time I got a laugh. I feel accomplished.
The "mature" man and his wife. We have this little ongoing joke that he is not old, rather he is mature. But it's true; they say wisdom comes with the years and Papa surely has enough wisdom to pass on a little to each of us. HAPPY BIRTHDAY

So grateful to have a family who all lives in this state so that we can have get-togethers like these. It is a blessing! Papa's birthday was the perfect occasion to bring us all together once again.
